Wonderful relaxing accommodation with marvellous setting just next door to the restaurant in the evening, the Ports and the Le Shuttle terminal. Extremely friendly staff team at the Reception Desk.

The staff were patient and attentive and our room was soundproof with comfy bed, hairdryer, as example. Central location was a plus.

Extensive and fresh made selection for breakfast with chips, desserts plus fruits.

Second to none place, competent staff who were really friendly and provide a good service. Extensive and freshly cooked breakfast, easy location adjacent to the city centre and lots of shops. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Godinton House and Gardens.  

Glad I took deluxe double room, it was functional and modern.

The breakfast with soup and desserts as options, for example was savoury and good hot for what you got. I had a well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed and everything was nice.

Well-organised and nice cosy unit with a bright decor. Great and easy location next to Ashford and surrounding areas, the restaurant for evening meal and excellent menu and many other local attractions; early check-in. 

Reasonably clean property with modern design, and savoury vegetarian breakfast. Quiet location - not far from drinks service, the Le Shuttle terminal at Folkestone, and supermarket. Also, close to a department store where one can.  

Very well appointed building and rooms with excellent bed. Service-oriented personnel who were really friendly and provide a good service.

The breakfast served was savoury and nice hot, everything you could wish for, with vegetarian sausages available, yoghurt, desserts.

Everything was great, the English breakfast was totally worth it. This hotel was set in a central area really close to the bar / food area, and the restaurant for lunch. Appreciated their main bar.

Really good overall experience. Reasonably clean and nicely presented property with savoury vegetarian breakfasts and competent staff. Air conditioning, WiFi, and plenty space in the room, quiet location. Very big bed for sleeping. 

Had good modern deluxe queen room with a blocked toilet and wake-up service was available in it.
